I stayed for 9 nights in Room 309 and it was perfect for our small family. Newly renovated, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The location right across from Areeiro metro station made exploring Lisbon a breeze. The budget-friendly breakfast was a nice touch.

However, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. there were some stains that could have been addressed better. The breakfast offered was decent but not extraordinary. I also noticed an occasional strange smell in the hallway. Overall, it seemed like a place with potential but in need of better upkeep and attention to details.
